Industrial Printing

In the product line of industrial and process inks, we develop a wide variety of inkjet inks for thermal, piezo and valve print heads that produce optimal results in the respective production environment and in accordance with the user’s requirements on behalf of our customers. The inks are developed specifically for the inline print system used, such as WOLKE, HSA Jet, VideoJet, reajet, APS, MicroJet, HandJet etc. and in accordance with the customer specifications.

In the industrial segment in particular, the requirements an ink has to meet differ significantly from those in the desktop segment and they can vary considerably. Such requirements include short drying times at various temperatures and humidity levels, good adhesion on difficult surfaces, special colours and shades or invisible but fluorescent print.

In our laboratory, our chemists execute your development order as quickly as possible. Our production facility produces small batches of 25 litres minimum with the same precision as volumes of 500 or 1000 litres. After the production, we can also fill the ink into the cartridges accepted by your printer system for you.
