With our ink developments for industrial printers from the manufacturers WOLKE, HSA Jet, VideoJet, reajet, APS, MicroJet, HandJet and others, you receive inks whose properties are adapted to the special requirements of our customers.

The printers have one thing in common: they work with the TIJ 2.5 printing system from HP. The cartridges used bear the designation HP 45 (only water-compatible or mildly solvent) or also HP 45si for solvent inks. The HP 45si are therefore solvent-resistant. Today, HP 45 cartridges are used almost exclusively in industry. Due to the easy handling and the robustness of the cartridge itself, they are ideal for industrial environments. No extra training or special maintenance is required. If a cartridge is defective, it is simply disposed of and the next one is inserted into the device. In comparison, CIJ printers are much more difficult to maintain and require intensive training.

Our ink formulations for HP 45, TiJ 2.5 have been developed to meet specific customer requirements. For example, the decap time, i.e. the time the print head can remain unsealed without drying out, is different. It is different when it comes to adapting to the substrate, the substrate to be printed on. Inks for HDPE require different properties than on PVC or even Styrofoam® or cardboard. Sometimes printers are at the factory gate and must not freeze up so quickly. Other times, the printed marking must be machine-readable. In this case, it helps to give the ink UV fluorescence. This increases the contrast to the background and improves readability. Or the ink should only be visible under UV light, but remain invisible beyond that.
